Assistant Vice-President – Transportation, Domestic Operations

Ken Coffin is a dynamic, solutions-focused leader in supply chain and logistics at Canadian Tire, one of Canada’s most iconic and trusted brands. He began in an operational position progressively being promoted through supply chain management roles. Prior to his current role Ken was Associate Vice-President of Operations where he oversaw the operations of two distribution facilities in the Toronto area that provided merchandise shipments of 37,000 products nationally to 500+ franchised stores.

In his current role as Associate Vice President of Transportation, Domestic Operations, he oversees the movement of merchandise for all Of Canadian Tires Corporation retail locations; Canadian Tire Retail, PartSource, Marks Retail and FGL Retail Banners. For all these banners specific functional responsibility includes Fleet Operations, Fleet Services, Carrier Planning and all Direct Ship programs within Canada. Domestic Operations is a large, fast paced environment that manages the efficient flow and timing of what products is needed where in support of our Franchise Dealers and Retail Sites.

Ken is an engaging, collaborative coach and mentor, empowering his teams with the tools, insights and skills needed to achieve and exceed ambitious targets across the department and division. Ken holds a MBA from Athabasca University.
